Upali Jayatilaka:

Solicitor of England & Wales, (LLM; HCA), Criminal Duty Solicitor, Member of Family Panel, Senior Caseworker and Supervisor in Immigration Law with over 40 Years of work experience. Acted as a Senior Lecturer of Law College in 2016(Consultant Partner).

Avinda Silva:

Associated with the Firm since 2021. Experienced in all Civil, Commercial & Banking and Criminal litigations, Formation of Companies, Company Secretarial work, Intellectual Property matters, Drafting/ reviewing of Agreements/ Contracts, Arbitrations, Negotiations and Mediations.

Shammil Perera:
(President’s Counsel): Associated with the firm for over 40 years. Specializes in all Civil based matters including litigations.

Lakshman Jayatilaka:
Retired Precedent Partner having 46 years of work experience with the Firm in all Civil Litigation, Company Law/ Incorporations of Companies and Intellectual Property. Retired from the Firm in September 2017.

Karnika Jayatilake:
Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka counting over three and a half decades of experience at the Bar. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Law from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) and a Bachelors’ Degree in Arts from the University of Colombo in English, Economics and Political Science. She is a senior corporate lawyer who has worked in both the public and private sectors. She is currently serving as the Chief Executive & Member of the Board of Governors of the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Centre. Previously she held the position of Deputy General Manager-Legal/Chief Legal Officer & & Information Officer of the National Savings Bank. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, company secretarial practice, public procurement reform and governance. She has a proven track record advising boards and senior management, managing complex legal portfolios, and procurement reform initiatives with World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
